Tenants at one Bronx apartment building say they have been living without hot water for two weeks. Residents at the Wakefield building say the broken boiler is an ongoing problem and they have had enough.

Tenants at one Bronx apartment building say they have been living without hot water for two weeks. Residents at the Wakefield building say the broken boiler is an ongoing problem and they have had enough. The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development Web site says there are more than 200 open violations against the building. The building?s management company, Lev Management, has not commented on the broken boiler.
