? Police are investigating a possible Internet connection to a man charged with setting off explosions in southwestern Connecticut.
News 12 Connecticut found Web postings linking bombing suspect Bruce Forest, 49, to the username ?Droopus.? Droopus admits to buying explosive compounds, which police say Forest used to bomb portable toilets and an abandoned Norwalk elementary school. Investigators seized a Winchester, Glock 27 and other weapons from Forest?s home, which Droopus bragged about owning.
Weston police were already following Forest when he allegedly blew up a vacant gas station. He is being held on $6 million bail and is due back in court April 11.
No one was injured in any of the blasts.
