We're Open: Kneads
Despite the pandemic, a culinary couple opened a farm-to-table kitchen, coffee shop and bakery in Westport called Kneads.
Daniel Moreno says he focuses on a diverse chalkboard menu, while his wife, Brittany, mills flour for chocolate croissants.
They say that they work with farmers directly to get fresher ingredients, and that they signed their lease one week before the pandemic began.
Daniel Moreno says the bakery was his wife's idea. They say that all of their bread is made daily.
The couple also says they have 34 outdoor seats with plenty of space.
