A family-owned shopping center in Westport has been acquired by Regency Centers for $45.5 million.
Compo Shopping Center -- one of the oldest shopping plazas in Connecticut – was acquired by the developer and will be combined with Regency's existing adjacent center, Compo Acres.
The newly combined spot will make up nearly 120,000 feet of community-focused, high quality retail straddling Post Road and just minutes from downtown Westport.
