Storm bringing overnight rain to NYC into Saturday morning
News 12 meteorologists say a rainy Friday night is expected to put an end to New York City's stretch of dry January weather.
Moderate rain will continue through the overnight hours, with temperatures staying in the upper-40s.
A moderate burst of rain is expected in the earliest hours of Saturday before it turns to light rain and drizzle between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. and tapering off by 10 a.m. There will be less than an inch of rain.
Temperatures will fall into the mid-40s for Saturday.
Sunday could see gusts between 30 to 35 mph. Temperatures will remain mild with highs near 48 and lows near 34.
