Southwestern Connecticut is in it's ninth day of wet and gloomy weather Tuesday -- not much fun for people forced to work in the rain.
Workers at Young's Nursery in Wilton have no choice but to get outdoors and unload trucks filled with plants and flowers. May is the industry's busiest time of the year, and managers there say they're hopeful that Mother Nature will give them a break soon.
Meanwhile, communities including Fairfield and Woodbridge have averaged more than five inches of rain this month alone.
