Woman rescued from overturned car on Kings Highway North

Westport fire officials say a woman is recovering Saturday morning after they had to rescue her from her car Friday evening.  Officials say they responded to a rollover crash on Kings Highway North

Westport fire officials say a woman is recovering Saturday morning after they had to rescue her from her car Friday evening. 
Officials say they responded to a rollover crash on Kings Highway North around 6 p.m.
They say the car was on its side with the driver trapped inside. Westport Fire officials say they had to stabilize the car to get inside.
"Upon arrival, we proceeded to stabilize the vehicle and assess for injuries and once we determined the severity of the situation, we were able to make a proper assessment," says Kenneth Lombardi, Assistant Chief of the Westport fire department. 
According to officials, the victim had minor injuries and is expected to be fine. 
Police are investigating the events that led up to the crash.
