A new study by researchers at the University of York in England say first impressions are largely based upon facial expressions.
For example, they say larger eyes may give you a more youthful look, while smiling may make you seem more approachable.
News 12 The Bronx hit the street to ask residents how much they judge a person simply based on their facial expressions.
While many people said that they can tell a lot about a person upon meeting them by their facial expressions, most agreed that you should ultimately get to know them before making any assumptions.
