A new study says that New York City is the least happy city in the United States. 
The National Bureau of Economic Research based its findings on a questionnaire that asked respondents how satisfied they are with their lives. The survey then factored income, housing prices, age and other factors that could influence happiness. 
News 12 hit the streets to talk to Bronx residents about whether or not they're happy living here. 
Most say that they are happy in New York and prefer it to other cities. Many mentioned the high cost of living as a downside that could make people unhappy.
