A world-famous concert pianist and his wife were honored in Norwalk this past weekend for launching a new arts organization called The Hive.

Frederick Chiu and Jeanine Esposito, who previously hosted elaborate gatherings at their historic Westport home known as Beechwood, recently sold the property.

The couple is now collaborating with arts groups across Fairfield County to bring community conversations into arts events.

They say their goal is to unite people from different backgrounds through shared cultural experiences.
