Team USA men's hockey beat China 8-0 Thursday to win their first game of the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Team USA men's hockey beat China 8-0 Thursday to win their first game of the 2022 Winter Olympics.
The team includes four players with Connecticut ties, including goalie and Greenwich native Strauss Mann.
Two former Yale players are on the roster, Brian O’Neill and Kenny Agostino. O'Neil scored the third goal of the game.
The team roster also includes Aaron Ness, who was the captain of the Bridgeport Sound Tigers from 2014-2015.
Team USA will play another preliminary game against Canada on Saturday.
