? Police arrested a 13-year-old boy early Wednesday morning for allegedly trying to hit an officer with a stolen car.

The incident took place around 1:45 a.m. near the intersection of Seaview Avenue and Adams Street. Police say a Bridgeport officer spotted the car, which was reported stolen by a New York City police officer, and approached it. At that point, two teens hopped out of the car and fled on foot. Police say the 13-year-old then hit the gas and nearly struck the officer.

The two teens that fled have not been captured.
