Westport police say they made a disturbing discovery during an arrest this week on Bridge Street.
Officers say they went to the home on Wednesday because Patrizio Aciola, 34, and Gerriely Delacruz, 23, were fighting.
Police say they found drugs near a toddler, as well as pictures of the 2-year-old duct taped to a chair.
Officers say that child is now in the care of the state.
