(AP) - Test results show two FairfieldUniversity students have tested positive for swine flu.
Gov. M. Jodi Rell, who made the announcement, says the Centersfor Disease Control and Prevention confirmed the cases. Five otherstudents were deemed as probable cases for the flu over theweekend.
A call was placed to the university seeking comment.
Including these cases, there are four confirmed cases of swineflu in Connecticut. Last week, the CDC confirmed that an adult fromStratford and a child from Middlefield had tested positive.
Rell says the Fairfield University students' illnesses wererelatively mild and did not require hospitalization.
