Two Connecticut state troopers were among five people injured in a crash involving six vehicles in North Haven.
According to state police, the crash happened Sunday afternoon on Route 15 after a Toyota Camry stopped suddenly in the left lane.
A police report says two state police cruisers behind it managed to stop and activate their emergency lights, but a vehicle behind the cruisers was struck from behind, setting off a chain reaction that ended up with six cars being struck, including the two police cruisers.
All but one of the drivers was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
