Two teenage boys have been hospitalized after a drive-by shooting in Bridgeport.
Police say the shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Madison and Garfield avenues. They say Irwin Clayton and Kevin Roberts, both 15, were standing on the sidewalk on Madison Avenue when they were shot.
Roberts is listed in serious condition at St. Vincent's. Clayton suffered a bullet wound to his leg and is at Bridgeport Hospital. Police spent the day interviewing the victims Friday.
Detectives say it does not appear that the shooter knew the victims. Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call Bridgeport police at 203-581-5201.
