One of the two people who police say killed a Stamford man in cold blood over a spilled cup of coffee headed back to court Thursday.
Police say James McLamb, 22, was with a 15-year-old when the attack started. They say the victim, 52-year-old Antonio Muralles, came out of McDonald's on Bedford Street that night and accidentally spilled coffee on the two.
Police say Marquest Hall stabbed the victim repeatedly in the chest while McLamb poked him with a stick several times.
Both suspects are charged with first-degree murder. McLamb is due back in court next month.
