State police say a Stratford man is accused of exposing himself to a bus full of children.
Police arrested 51-year-old Robert Watts Wednesday.
They say Watts drove alongside a coach bus full of 11 and 13-year-olds on I-95 in Milford on August 19. Police say that is when Watts exposed and then pleasured himself in front of the kids.
