The names and portraits of seven soldiers from Connecticut who lost their lives overseas will be added to the Wall of Honor inside the Legislative Office Building in Hartford tomorrow. U.S. Army Pfc. Eric Soufrine, of Woodbridge, is one of the soldiers who will be honored. Soufrine, 20, was killed last June serving in Afghanistan. He had graduated from Amity High School in 2009, and enlisted immediately afterward. He had just 16 days left on his tour when he died.

Nearly a year after his death, Soufrine's mother says it is still difficult to talk about. She says the state's honor is in recognition of his sacrifice, and says her whole family will be in Hartford tomorrow for the ceremony.
