Amazon kicks off third annual Prime Day
Amazon kicked off its third annual Prime Day Monday night with specials being offered to shoppers every five minutes.
The company says it will offer new deals for 30 hours.
Discounts will reportedly be available to hundreds of thousands of items.
Buyers need to have a Prime membership, which costs about $100 a year.
The sales end Wednesday at 3 a.m.
