Police say they’ve recovered a third body from last week’s fatal plane crash.
A plane carrying Bernard and Bonnie Krupinski, their grandson William Maerov and pilot Jon Dollard crashed Saturday during stormy weather about a mile south of Amagansett.
The wreckage of the plane was located Thursday 1 mile off Atlantic Avenue Beach, police say.
The third victim was located Friday afternoon. The body was being brought to the Coast Guard Station in Montauk and then the Suffolk County Medical Examiner. The identity was being withheld pending the medical examiner’s investigation.
Divers continue to look for the fourth victim.
The Suffolk County Medical Examiner's Office identified the first two victims recovered as Bernard and Bonnie Krupinski, 70, of East Hampton.
