Bloomingdale's has agreed to be an anchor store for a proposed mall in Norwalk.
Last month, Nordstrom was the first to commit to the mall on West Avenue.
The plan also calls for retail stores, office space, a hotel and apartments to be constructed.
The city is still reviewing the proposal for the mall.
