A Bridgeport mother and baby are happy and healthy after a speedy delivery.
Firefighters and EMS crews helped Maria Acevedo give birth to baby Marcus Kaumbs Jr. Tuesday in an ambulance.
Officials say they got a 911 call that Acevedo was at home and had gone into labor.
Emergency officials say although they train for this, delivering a baby is rare.
