The brother of the driver involved in a U-Haul crash that spilled 11 dogs onto I-95 has been charged with several violations. Between last week's crash and this week's inspection of Jason Pucci?s Bridgeport home, police uncovered 32 dogs. Eleven of the dogs were taken to the Fairfield Animal Shelter and the remaining 21 are at Bridgeport Animal Shelter. When Pucci?s brother, Chris, went to pick the dogs up from the Fairfield shelter, he started yelling and shouting and was charged with interfering with an officer. Chris Pucci was released on $500 bond and is due back in court on Monday.
