Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch vowed to crack down on gun violence in the wake of the city's 11th homicide of the year. Police say 30-year-old Anthony Williams was shot in the chest Saturday night while in his car on Hollister Avenue. They say Williams, who lived in Waterbury, was pronounced dead at the scene. Finch says he will work with the city's police force not only to solve this case, but to get illegal guns off the street.
