The death of a showering Bridgeport woman remains unsolved exactly one year later. Authorities say Luz Morales was killed one year ago today in her Wood Avenue home. They have confirmed that the bullet struck Morales after coming through the floor.
The victim's family says they fear the crime will go unsolved.
Morales lived in the apartment with her boyfriend, Abimael Ramos, who faced unrelated weapons charges not long after the shooting.
