State Rep. Christina Ayala is set to go before a judge today.
Ayala faces a number of charges including voter fraud and tampering with evidence.
Officials say she broke the state's election laws when she voted in nine primaries and elections under a false address.
Ayala was elected in 2012, but lost a primary this summer.
