Norwalk police say a student at Brien McMahon High School is facing charges that he posted inappropriate pictures of a teacher on an app.
Police say the student used Streetchat to post pictures of the teacher in embarrassing positions, then posted inappropriate comments about them.
Police say the case has been transferred to the juvenile review board.
