Police say a young child and a crossing guard were injured in a multi-car accident today in Bridgeport. Officials say the accident happened that the intersection of Barnum Avenue and Hallett Street.

Police say a young child and a crossing guard were injured in a multi-car accident today in Bridgeport.
Officials say the accident happened that the intersection of Barnum Avenue and Hallett Street. All victims were pedestrians.
Neither victim's injuries are considered life threatening, according to authorities.
Residents say that the intersection is too dangerous and needs more than stop signs to control traffic.
