Churches and congregations across southwestern Connecticut were given expert advice Wednesday on dealing with a potential H1N1 outbreak.
The focus of the seminar in Darien, led by Stamford Hospital's Chief of Infectious Diseases Dr. Michael Parry, was educating churches and congregations about swine flu to prepare them for local residents' questions.
The Rev. Kate Heichler, of the Episcopal Church of Christ, says no matter a person's faith or beliefs, the church can be a resource in the event H1N1 becomes a greater threat.
