9h agoThe Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference postponed this afternoon’s state tournament games due to the air quality, officials say.
Most of this afternoon’s tournament schedule included boys and girls lacrosse, a high-intensity aerobic sport.
CIAC postponed this afternoon’s boys and girls tennis semifinals for consistency of after-school plans.
The CIAC is rescheduling the postponed games for tomorrow. Graduations and the uncertain air quality forecast are challenges in rescheduling games.
