Community Health Center has been a key force in the fight against COVID-19.
More than 500,000 doses of the vaccine have been administered across the state from the health center.
Community Health Center has a drive-thru site at the Lord & Taylor in Stamford and another at the Danbury Mall.
It also operate mass vaccination sites in Middletown and East Hartford.
Community Health Center has also held clinics for high school students, as a way to aid in Connecticut's push to get the younger population vaccinated.
Recently, they have opened up the sites to walk-ins.
Unfortunately, with low positivity rates and the demand for the vaccine going down, these vaccination sites will close on Wednesday, June 30.
Vaccines will still be offered at CHC's in-clinic locations.
There will be a pop-up clinic at Scalzi Park in Stamford from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. until Friday.
