Connecticut health officials say the state has confirmed two cases of swine flu, one inconclusive test and 10 probable cases Monday.
Senators Chris Dodd and Joe Lieberman were among Congressional leaders who sat in on the Connecticut Department of Public Health's daily phone call with hospitals and health care centers.
"We have a genuine public threat, in Connecticut and in our country, but it is one that the government was ready for," Sen. Lieberman says.
While the numbers are expected to change as more tests come in, health centers are saying that they are seeing less people coming in to be tested then there were last week.
