Court appearance delayed for suspected killer
A man suspected in the shooting death of a construction worker has had his expected court appearance this morning delayed. The murder happened near Chopsey Hill Road and Pond Street just after 9 a.m.

A man suspected in the shooting death of a construction worker has had his expected court appearance this morning delayed.
The murder happened near Chopsey Hill Road and Pond Street just after 9 a.m. yesterday.
Police say Gregory Weathers approached Jose Araujo while he was working and asked for a job.
They say Araujo directed Weathers to his superiors but Weathers came back and shot him several times.
Officers say Weathers confessed after he was arrested.
