Tree removal crews spent Wednesday in western Connecticut, cleaning up after Tuesday's storm.
Brookside and Stephen Mathew roads were shut down for cleanup, but have since reopened.
Residents say driving seemed like a never-ending maze due to road closures.
"I just took three different detours getting home from New Canaan," says Norwalk resident Alex Eising.
One homeowner says her house was almost hit by a falling tree, but another tree caught its fall.
It's not clear if the tornado that traveled to Norwalk from New Canaan stayed on the ground long enough to cause the damage or if it was due to straight line winds.
