As the weather warms up in Connecticut this weekend, people are trying to find the balance between enjoying time outdoors and following proper safety measures.
Gov. Ned Lamont says he wants to keep state parks like Sherwood Island in Westport open, but it's up to people to do their part in keeping a social distance.
Lamont has also encouraged people who do go out to state parks to go to ones closer to home, rather than venturing farther away.
