A Dave & Busters is set to open its doors in Milford, managers say.

The adult-themed arcade, restaurant and bar is scheduled to open at the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford at 1201 Boston Post Road next week.  

The menu features items like buffalo wings, pizza and burgers.

Managers of the restaurant say a Monday through Friday Happy Hour from 3:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. will feature discounted drinks and food.

Dave & Busters also offers a variety of games including classic arcade games, billiards and bowling and virtual reality games.

The location will be Connecticut's second Dave & Busters, but the first in New Haven County.

"For Connecticut standards, we're right smack dab in the middle of two metropolitan areas," says Bill Painter of Dave & Busters. "We have New Haven and we have Bridgeport, and in both of those communities, there's no Dave & Buster's, there's no complex like this."

Painter says the restaurant hired 291 employees over the past few weeks ahead of its opening.

The restaurant is slated to open Monday.
