Deliberations continue in Cheshire death penalty trial
Jurors continued to try to decide today whether a man will live or die for killing a mother and her two daughters in the Cheshire home invasion.
The jury began deliberating yesterday in the sentencing phase for Joshua Komisarjevsky.
Komisarjevsky was convicted in the attack on the Petit family in 2007.
His defense attorneys argue that his life should be spared due to sexual abuse he suffered as a child.
His accomplice, Steven Hayes, has already been sentenced to the death penalty.
