Dentists say they're seeing more patients who are grinding their teeth because of stress and anxiety from the coronavirus pandemic.
Doctors advise patients to get a regular check-up because it can be beneficial to their health as well as their wallets.
"It can range anywhere from a filling at a couple hundred dollars to, unfortunately, sometimes we'll see somebody will crack a tooth and it's not repairable, which can cost a few thousand," says dentist Dr. Michelle Augello.
Dentists add that they are also seeing more patients with headaches and trouble opening their mouths all the way.
