The Department of Motor Vehicles announced it will be reviewing day-to-day operations in hopes of improving customer service.
The agency says its looking to lower customer wait times by cutting red tape and changing business practices.
It says it will first review of the registration process for cars and boats.
The review of the DMV is expected to take around six months to complete.
