Maddie the dog is set to have her second round of surgeries, and will soon be ready for adoption.
Westport community members came together to help the dog after she was struck by a car and suffered a shattered femur back in June.
The bulldog boxer mix was spotted on the side of I-95 by a motorist.
To help fund Maddie's care, Westport Animal Shelter Advocates (WASA) is selling T-shirts with her picture on it.
