A loose dog created a big back up on I-95 in Darien this morning. State police and drivers stopped on the highway to try and catch the animal that was running through traffic near exit 12 in Darien.

A loose dog created a big back up on I-95 in Darien this morning.
State police and drivers stopped on the highway to try and catch the animal that was running through traffic near exit 12 in Darien.
