Bridgeport and Stratford police are searching for the vandals who damaged more than 100 cars windows overnight.
Investigators say many of the owners discovered the damage at around 7 a.m.
Officers say most of the vehicles had been damaged by either a BB gun or baseball bat.
"I believe this is a random act of vandalism that has occurred here in the city by one or two people," says Bridgeport Detective Keith Bryant. "Just had nothing to do other than to cause havoc."
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bridgeport or Stratford police.
