Eversource is setting preparations for incoming wind damage from Hurricane Lee over the next few days.

Starting Friday, Eversource is assembling a response team including 500 line crews, 100 trouble shooters, 250 tree crews plus other field resources just in case the winds cause widespread power outages.

Eversource says residents should build an emergency storm kit with essentials like a flashlight and extra batteries as well as charge up electronic devices.
