Bar and restaurant owners are not happy about big changes coming to outdoor dining in south Norwalk.
People had been able to sit and eat on Washington Street Thursday night, but now it's back to extra parking spaces.
On Wednesday, the city sent a letter out to business owners saying some bars and restaurants allowed customers to stay in the outdoor area after closing hours - and that sometimes, large crowds gathered into the early morning hours.
In the letter, the city says it unsuccessfully worked with those business to try and resolve it. News 12 contacted the city of Norwalk for comment.
Frankie Eaton, a bar manager at Il Posto, says it's not fair that all restaurants on the street are paying for a few restaurants not being able to control rowdy crowds.
