Family of David Munford reflects on his murder 3 years ago on Sixth Street in Bridgeport
It was a painful Father's Day for a family in Bridgeport, who observed the three-year anniversary of their loved-one's murder.
David Munford, 28, was shot and killed in the city's East End. Police say an argument earlier in the day sparked the violence.
The family held a vigil Sunday evening in Munford's memory. His fiancée Lucille Brown says she has forced herself to move on from the murder for the sake of her three children, who she says considered Munford their dad.
Police later arrested 25-year-old Patrick Freeman for allegedly pulling the trigger. A second person was wounded in the shooting.
