The family of a slain Bridgeport teen is asking for help raising enough money to cover the cost of his burial expenses. Police say Gary Gullap, 17, was shot to death on Thursday while walking near the intersection of Hallett and Arctic streets. His family says he didn't make it to the bible study that he planned on attending later that day. The Gullap family says that the teen was loyal and always made people laugh. They say school was his top priority. The family says they are proud and hardworking people, but are asking for help in their time of need. Gullap's brother says his family's top priority is to raise money for the funeral.
