The family of a man pulled from a burning car in Middlebury, seconds before it exploded, took to social media to thank the state troopers and good Samaritans who came to his aid.
As News 12 reported, trooper Michael Dogali from Troop G in Bridgeport was on his way home Monday when he came upon the accident on I-84.
Dogali, along with two other troopers and a good Samaritan, pulled the man from the car before it went up in flames.
According to the family, the man is in critical condition at Yale New Haven hospital, and they are grateful for everyone who helped save him.
