South Benson Road and Riverside Drive in Fairfield have seen a string of car thefts and home burglaries over the past few weeks.

As News 12 recently reported, 30-year-old Alberto Rosado, of Bridgeport, was arrested following one of those incidents.

Police say further investigation led them to his alleged co-conspirators, 42-year-old Jose Valentin, of Bridgeport, and his two sons, Jose Jr., 26, and Jonathon, 23.
"There was an extensive investigation that was put into this case, which led to the identity of three co-conspirators that were family members," says Capt. Robert Kalamaras, of the Fairfield Police Department. "The detectives put countless hours of effort into this investigation to bring them to justice."
Alberto Rosado faces multiple charges, including burglary, larceny, criminal possession of a firearm and reckless driving.
Jose Valentin Sr., Jose Valentin Jr. and Jonathon Valentin all face multiple burglary and larceny charges.
Rosado is due in court Friday. The Valentin suspects have court dates set for next month.
