The holiday season is the busiest time of year for post offices and shipping companies to make sure everyone gets their packages as quickly as possible.
"We're here longer hours, but that doesn't bother me because we're just Santa's little helpers," says FedEx employee Rosemary Carty.
During the age of Amazon Prime and its two-day shopping, the stakes can be high for FedEx. The company handles more than 14 million packages worldwide on a given day.
The packages are loaded off of aluminum bins, sorted and placed on conveyor belts, loaded onto trucks and finally, brought to people's homes.
The staff says they're happy to put in overtime hours to ensure that customers are happy.
FedEx will make deliveries right up until Christmas Day.
